If you are a charismatic, motivated individual who is great with clients, a real people person and super organised you may be the person we are looking for.
Cargo are a friendly, close-knit team and everyone gets to deal directly with our clients (it’s one of the many things they love about us).
Your primary role will be as the first point of contact for a number of clients. As an agency we cover a range of work from branding, websites and digital marketing, therefore some knowledge and experience in these areas is vital, ideally you’ll have previous experience of working an agency. With a passion for design, digital and outstanding customer service, you’ll be responsible for managing some digital projects and ensuring these projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be the main point of contact for clients with ongoing work, taking details of the work required, sending quotes and setting the job up in the studio once the quote is agreed. You will be looking for new ways to grow client accounts and offer the best service possible to our clients. You will work closely with the whole team ensuring the studio is meeting targets and clients are kept up-to-date with regards to the stages of their projects and smaller jobs.
You will need to be highly organised both offline and online, using various software programmes that we use internally to manage the workflow through the studio. We would expect you to have a pivotal role in our regular studio meetings, bringing the team up to date as to where certain projects and jobs are at.
This role is initially a 6 month maternity cover with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.
